Do you like the mountains, camping and snow?

Then you've come to the right place - you're welcome to book a seasonal place for your caravan at Sportcamping Åkersjön (formerly Liften in Åkersjön) and enjoy some wonderful winter weekends in the mountains!

Service house and Wi-Fi

Nearby there is a service house complete with showers, toilets, an equipped kitchen and a sauna. Wi-Fi is available to everyone at the campsite and for extra peace of mind we now have CCTV in the area that can be seen live 24 hours a day. You can check the status of your caravan or see the amount of snow, right from the couch at home! We charge electricity separately at each campsite, so that you only pay for what you use. Prices and more information can be found on the website. This applies all year round, in all our seasons.

Restaurant Drivan

Our campsite also has Restaurant Drivan, open all year round from Friday to Sunday. And during vacations the days the restaurant is open are different. Please inquire for opening times on weekdays when we are happy to accept bookings.

Slalom slope

Our ski lift and ski slope are located right next to the campsite and the restaurant. The slopes are open every Saturday and Sunday during the season, if the amount of snow and the weather are good. With during the vacations the days the slopes are open are different. The lift is 1 km long with 1 blue and 1 red slope of approximately 2 km and with several exits. At the top there is a fantastic view.

Snowmobile

Does snowmobiling appeal to you more than skiing? Then we have something for you! The full 8 km snowmobile trails, which are maintained by Åkersjön's Snowmobile Club, start from the campsite and lead you around Ansättfjällen. Go to ÅSSK for more information about the trails. And don't forget to pay the trail fee, to contribute to maintaining the fantastic trails!

Cross country skis

For those who like to enjoy the sun and nature in peace, there are cross-country skiing trails less than 500 meters from the campsite. These are maintained by Åkersjöns Sportklubb, which also sells course maps and the trail usage fee.

Rental

If you don't have your own ski equipment, or want to pack light, we rent everything you need for a good day on the ski slopes and cross-country trails, we also rent out: fatbikes, snowshoes, outdoor games, hardboards and canoes. Some are only rentable for certain seasons, but do come on in and we'll help you!

Summer in the mountains

If you don't like snow but still want to be in the mountains, we have a downhill bike park open in the summer. There are also no less than 20 beautiful and marked hiking trails in Ansättfjällen, including the Blomsterleden to Blomsterfjället Ansätten. Here you will also enjoy the fine fishing waters of the Hotagen map - fishing in the wild with over 100 trout and char waters collected on one fishing map!
