Do you like mountain nature, camping and snow?

Then you've come to the right place - welcome to book a seasonal pitch for your caravan at Sportcamping Åkersjön (formerly Liften in Åkersjön) and enjoy some wonderful winter swooping in the mountains!

Service house and wifi

Nearby there is a service house complete with showers, toilets, an equipped kitchen and a sauna. Wi-Fi is available to everyone at the campsite and for added peace of mind we now have CCTV in the area that can be seen live 24 hours a day. You can check the status of your caravan or see the amount of snow right from the couch at home! We calculate electricity separately at each campsite, so that you only pay for what you use. Prices and more information can be found on the website. This applies all year round, in all our seasons.

Driva restaurant

Our campsite also has Restaurant Drivan, open all year round from Friday to Sunday. Please inquire for opening times on weekdays when we are happy to accept bookings.

Slalom slope

Our ski lift and ski slope are located right next to the campsite and the restaurant. The slopes are open every Saturday and Sunday during the season, depending on the amount of snow and the weather. The lift is 1 km long with 1 blue and 1 red slope of approximately 2 km and with several exits. At the top there is a fantastic view.

Snowmobile

Does snowmobiling appeal to you more than skiing? Then we have something for you! The full 8 km snowmobile trails, maintained by Åkersjön's Snowmobile Club, start from the campsite and lead you around Ansättfjällen. Go to ÅSSK for more information about the trails. And don't forget to pay the trail fee to help maintain great trails!

Cross country skis

For those who like to enjoy the sun and nature in peace, there are cross-country skiing trails less than 500 meters from the campsite. These are maintained by Åkersjön Sports Club, which also sells course maps for a trail fee.

Rental

If you don't have your own ski equipment, or want to pack light, we rent everything you need for a good day on the ski slopes and cross-country trails, come on in and we'll help!
Summer in the mountains
If you don't like snow but still want to be in the mountains, we have a downhill bike park open in the summer. There are also no less than 20 beautiful and marked hiking trails in Ansättfjällen, including the Blomsterleden to Blomsterfjället Ansätten. Here you will also enjoy the fine fishing waters of the Hotagen map - fishing in the wild with over 100 trout and char waters collected on one fishing map!
